30 oz chickpeas (2 cans, drained and rinsed)
¼ cup tahini
4 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
½ cup Olive Oil
½ cup lemon juice (1 lemon)
2 tablespoons olive oil for garnish
