Take the 7 Day Eat Clean Challenge

January 1, 2014 by Sara 5 Comments

7 Day Eat Clean Challenge

All of us here at My Clean Kitchen are excited to introduce the 7 Day Eat Clean Challenge! It’s a great way to clean up your diet and learn how to stay consistent. You will know what’s in your food because you made it, not from a box or a package, from whole, fresh ingredients. Cut out the un-pronounceable ingredients and replace them with words like, apple, tomato, honey, and almonds. In today’s fast paced world we know avoiding processed foods can be difficult. But, with our 7 Day Challenge and meal plan, you can clean up your diet, while enjoying delicious food with your family! The Challenge includes a 7 day menu with breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner recipes. We also provide a game plan. Because really the hardest part is figuring out how the heck you’re going to do this right? Also, there is a detailed grocery list with an estimated cost per item as well as an overall price for the week. We tried to reuse ingredients in a creative way throughout the week so you and your family can enjoy a wide variety of tasty meals without breaking the bank.

We are on board to try this starting Sunday (family of four with teenagers) – not the best timing with Super Bowl…

I would love to hear other people’s feedback, but haven’t found any.

Pam, I am excited to hear you will be starting the challenge this Sunday! Since this Sunday is the Super Bowl you could always swap our Sunday’s dinner for a fun Superbowl recipe like our Spicy Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Sauce . Also, please contact us if you have any questions throughout the week. You can send us a message either through the contact form on this site or through our Facebook page and we will get back to you ASAP! Good luck with the challenge and we would love to hear how it goes!!!
