This creamed spinach and kale is one of our favorites. It is so delicious. Its become a new family favorite. It’s such a successful cleaned up version of traditional creamed spinach that no one will even know the difference.  We use organic cream cheese to cream this recipe up. This side can be ready in under an hour. Its a great last minute side for your holiday meal. Click here for the recipe.

Quinoa Apple Onion Stuffing

Awesome Quinoa Apple Onion Stuffing

This quinoa stuff is such an easy and tasty replacement to traditional holiday dressing. This recipe can be ready in just about an hour. The sweet apple and tart cranberry are a perfect combination with the almond and nuttiness of the quinoa. Click here for the recipe.

Honey Roasted Parsnips and Sweet Potatoes

This side dish is so incredibly delicious. I really can’t get enough of it! The honey in this dish was such a surprise. Even my very picky mom loved this one. Several of my friends have made this and added carrots which they all say is delicious. It’s also become an new family favorite. Click here for the recipe.
