Guess what everyone?!?! It’s party season!!! And what does holiday party season mean? Appetizers!
Okay that is about all the energy I have…the holidays are exhausting. The shopping…the people…the caroling…the cold…the people…oh did I mention all the people? I went to the mall yesterday…biggest mistake of the year. What was I thinking? It was a mad house. When did people get so mean? I think I am going to do the rest of my holiday shopping online, while I sit on the couch watching National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. Ahh the holidays.
Given how busy we all are this time of year, Sara and I are doing a week of simple and easy holiday appetizers. They are quick to make, have only a few ingredients, and are sure to be a hit at your upcoming holiday bash.
Today I made Simple Caprese Appetizers. I used fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, and threw in a little prosciutto for a fun twist. All I did was sprinkle them with salt and pepper and drizzle them with a little balsamic vinegar and they are good to go! Simple, Easy, Delicious!!!
I hope you enjoy!
