July 13, 2014 by Jessica 2 Comments

This year I have decided to be  more adventurous with my garden than normal. Now for all the very seasoned gardeners…

In honor of this beautiful weather I am experiencing I wanted to make a frozen treat to enjoy on those warm summer days. Since I dont have a banana ice cream maker I decided to dip them in chocolate and freeze them instead. I mean how could that turn out bad right?

Roasted Corn & Bacon Guacamole

June 23, 2014 by Jessica Leave a Comment

Yum This week Sara is on vacation in Florida, which means I am all alone. When you work from home and your only coworker goes on vacation you realize what little contact you actually have with the outside world. Most of the day it is just me and the dogs…all alone. Don’t feel bad for…

Okay, so this weekend my boyfriend and I are throwing our first party together. We are having a joint birthday BBQ at our place. Since our birthdays are 3 weeks apart, we decided that a joint party made the most sense. And my boyfriend…being a typical guy…has lived in his place for a while now and…

June 1, 2014 by Jessica 3 Comments

Personally, I have often found that snacks and lunches are the most challenging aspect of clean eating. It can be difficult to find clean foods that are easily portable, healthy, satisfying and still tasty. Over the last couple of months I have gone on a personal mission of trying to come up with delicious clean…
