Butternut Squash Bread

March 11, 2014 by Jessica 1 Comment

I guess it makes total sense. If you can turn pumpkin into bread why not butternut squash? I love bread…I love butternut squash…why had this never occurred to me!

So here it is my recipe for butternut squash bread. It it insanely easy to make, you don’t even need an electric mixer. And it is so good. A great alternative for when you just can’t take one more bite of pumpkin anything. You know what I am talking about…

Okay, while I have to admit that winter was fun. I am very much ready for spring. Especially when it comes to food. I am getting sick of soups, hearty casseroles, and anything squash flavored.
